Sipher is an upcoming NFT blockchain play-to-earn game built on Ethereum. It will be available to the public this year, 2022. And you’re probably curious what Sipher’s system requirements would be. Most of us are excited to get on with it and start making some cash, but how do we know if the current hardware we have will suffice?
There was no mention of the PC specifications you will need for the game anywhere online. But today, we’ll look at the gameplay they’ve recently released and their roadmap to see what’s coming. Also, if you want to know more about Sipher, go check out our quick overview about it!
Sipher’s System Requirements
The in-development gameplay footage released a few weeks ago shows that it will be a top-view game, just like how a typical MOBA game is displayed.
This simple fact tells us that Sipher won’t be as demanding as other games. We’re probably looking at somewhere around low to mid-end specs like an Nvidia GeForce 8800, AMD Radeon HD 5670, and other similar processors or higher.
But according to their roadmap, more features and in-game content will come. So who knows? We’ll probably see other game modes like a first-person shooter type of gameplay which will require higher-end CPU hardware. We’ll see!
What’s to Come
In Q1 of 2022, Sipher will release 10,000 playable characters of Sipher Buru and the PvE gameplay playable demo and a token public sale.
Q2 of 2022 will be busier. They will release 10,000 playable characters of Sipher Tori, a PvP gameplay demo, and a COOP dungeon game mode. They’ll also launch the cloning feature, upgrade system, online battle arena game mode, and more!
Q3 of 2022 and beyond, they’ll add more gameplay content, new characters, tournaments, ranked leaderboards, the Sipheria land, and a comic series for the world of Sipheria.
Genesis NFTs
Do you want to get access to their game earlier than others? Then you might want to consider getting their genesis NFTs. These NFTs are the origin species of the Sipheria, and aside from getting early access, you’ll get other perks as well, such as being able to mint or breed your own NFTs ahead of the others, giving you a headstart on the market.
Not to mention that you’ll need to get your playable character for you to play. And the characters aren’t free, so you’ll have to invest and spend a little bit to join the Sipher metaverse.
Crypto Gaming Guilds
Can’t afford to buy your character? Then you should consider joining a crypto gaming guild. Crypto gaming guilds are organizations created for the community to play and earn, even without spending their own money.
There will be managers that will finance your experience and get access to other play-to-earn blockchain games out there. But in return, managers will get a certain percentage of the profit you earn. So it’ll be a win-win deal. Check out our detailed overview if you want to know more about crypto gaming guilds.
Disclaimer
Note that these are just speculations since there was no official word from the Sipher team about the system requirements you’ll need to play. For now, it looks like you’ll need low to mid-end specs, but it’s still subject to changes as they progress and add more content.
