Illuvium is an upcoming triple-A blockchain game where the core gameplay allows players to roam an alien planet where majestic creatures known as Illuvials live. The Illuvium team will soon launch their presale for land NFTs. And Illuvium’s land sale will be made using the dutch auction method, where the lands will be put for sale as their price gradually goes down until a buyer makes a purchase.
There will be 5 tier levels for the land plots. And the higher the land tier is, the more element sites, fuel sites, and other features will be accessible. The price for each tier has been released, and are as follow:
- Tier 5, 2 plots – Live English Auction
- Tier 4, 869 plots – 80 ETH
- Tier 3, 2088 plots – 20 ETH
- Tier 2, 5012 plots – 6 ETH
- Tier 1, 12029 plots – 2 ETH
For Illuvium’s tier 5 land, there will only be two land plots that’ll ever exist, and the auction for these two lands will be held in private with no starting price yet.
2. OthersideMeta (BAYC Metaverse) – Already released
Yuga Labs, founder of the famous NFT collection Bored Ape Yacht Club, will have their metaverse called OthersideMeta on the Ethereum blockchain. It will be a 3D metaverse gaming platform where BAYC holders can utilize their NFTs and interact with other players worldwide.
Yuga Labs recently tweeted on April 23, 2022, that they will hold their land sale this coming Saturday, April, 30th of 2022. Users can only purchase these NFTs with ApeCoin, and their accounts will have to be KYC-approved to qualify. And it will be in a dutch auction style, so the starting price for these NFTs is still unknown. With this new project under their umbrella, the BAYC community is hyped and is looking forward to this upcoming event.
3. MyWorld
MyWorld is a space metaverse where users can own and colonize 10,000 planets as NFTs and earn rewards. The developers even promised that owning one of their planets would give opportunity for its holders to win actual space gifts and items such as space food rations, hundreds of rare meteorites, and space patches. Pretty cool!

4. BetU Verse

Their first NFT drop will be on May 30, 2022, for the price of 0.1 ETH with a total supply of 10,000. These NFTs are the Resident avatars and Condominium Real Estate that you can play and interact with in-game. They also offer other exclusive benefits for holders. Don’t miss out on any drops!
5. Nextmoon
Nextmoon is the first metaverse gaming platform on the Solana blockchain. Nextmoon is a 3D virtual mirroring of the 1:1 moon, divided into land plots that players can own and trade as NFTs. Players are encouraged to interact and build their economy inside this metaverse.
Landowners will also enjoy passive income from each land NFT they own. And there will only be a total of 8,230 land plots available in existence. And they are set to drop these NFTs for sale on April 30, 2022, for 2 SOL coins each. But the land plots are available for whitelisted users only.
