World Eternal Online is a new sandbox online multiplayer game (MMORPG) that uses blockchain technology and a player-driven economy system. The game will allow players to earn in-game items and trade them for real money via the WEO Token.
Player-driven Economy & NFTs
Developed by The Core Loop games, World Eternal Online will have similar gameplay to other MOBA games like World of Warcraft and League of Legends. Players can play a hero with certain abilities and skills assigned. Crafting will play a big role as a player’s in-game economy drives it. The player’s gear, potion, and pets will have to be created from scratch. This is to maintain the game’s resource economy and ensure the demand is always high.
Players in-game will interact with other players and will also be able to trade with each other. NFTs will be required for trading and to make land deeds. Players can purchase the NFTs and in-game assets and resources for crafting using the WEO Token. Players can also acquire the token by doing quests in-game and converting the gathered resources into tokens.
Whitelist Application
World Eternal Online will have a pre-sale of heroes and has 3000 whitelisted spots. The first 1000 spots are VIPs and will be exclusively given out to WEO’s community who participate in WEO related content on social media, engage in WEO’s content, or make fan art of the characters. The other 1000 spots will go to content creators, and the remaining 1000 to the guild and strategic partners.
