Game Modes
Hardcore Mode
MetaGods’ game environment has 35 Dungeons. A Boss such as Zeus, Poseidon, or Medusa rules these Dungeons. In Hardcore Mode, players can choose any Dungeon to play in, with the goal of defeating all enemies and the Dungeon’s Boss.
Each Dungeon has a different level of difficulty. The prizes for higher-level dungeons are greater. Players can play single or organize Guilds and work together to complete Dungeon tasks.
Permadeath Mode
NFT Permadeath is a unique feature in Hardcore Mode. Permadeath mode allows players to gain high APYs and some of the game’s rarest equipment. But if they die, they will be shut out of hardcore mode for the remainder of the season. This game mode is for individuals who want to test their strategy and talents to get the finest prizes.
Casual Mode
Players can earn passive $RELIC and XP by staking their character NFTs in Dungeon tasks. However, a built-in NFT Mission Staking Failure Rate indicates that the mission has a minimal probability of failing.
If the quest fails, the Dungeon’s LAND owners get the $RELIC benefits. If the mission is completed successfully, the player will get $RELIC incentives and a modest charge from the earnings.
Economy of Tokens
To establish a long-term play-to-earn ecosystem, MetaGods uses a dual token economy. The governance token is $MGOD, while the in-game money is $RELIC.
$MGOD
$MGOD is the platform’s main token. Users use it to purchase adventure packs (basically loot packages including avatars, equipment, weaponry, and consumables).
